In #1: my ancestor Hiram Howell wa...#2 is the lie!<br />In #1: my ancestor Hiram Howell was murdered by his son-in-law Lindsey Slaughter in Tippah County, Mississippi in 1853.<br />In 3#: King Matthias Corvinus of Hungary IS my 2nd cousin (21 times removed!). His maternal grandfather, László Szilágyi de Horogszeg is my 21st-great-uncle.<br /><br />Although #2 is the lie, it may also end up as truth through two different lines in my grandfather's ancestry. His great-grandmother Martha A. Miller Costilow, may have had Native American roots.
