The condition of the above obligation is to make over to said John Smith a deed to a certrain tract of land granted to Reuben Chinault by the State of Tennessee for 20 acres of Lincoln County being on the road leading from Fayetteville to Winchester and is the same tract of land whereon the said Reuben Chinault now lives.

Also one other tract of 72 acres laying on the waters of the same creek, being the same land granted to said Watkins by Grant No. 8494 and dated 28 Aug 1828.
